Kieran’ s first book 'Colm & the Lazarus Key' was nominated for a CBI Book of the Year Award and 'The Mighty Dynamo' - a story about a boy so desperate to play professionally that he forms his own soccer team - was shortlisted for the Hull Children’s Book of the Year Award in 2017. His most recent novel is The Misfits Club, a comedy-adventure about a mystery solving club.

His latest book The Santa List, published by Scholastic tells the story of Aisling and Joe, two badly-behaved yet good-natured children who find themselves in a race to save Christmas from been ruined for everyone.
